We only work with experienced vendors who have a stable workforce and at least 50 completed projects to their credit, and who have customer testimonials. If you do not meet these criteria, we will unfortunately not be able to work with you.
Each Vendor is evaluated on simple and transparent criteria: experience and stability of the teams, number of completed projects, customer testimonials. By ensuring that these criteria are met, we guarantee our customers a high level of service quality.
For each project handled, a satisfaction questionnaire and an interview is carried out with our client, resulting in a client rating.
Vendor stakeholders will be given 24/7 CMS access to change and keep up to date properties on their profiles which are not proprietary to PitchandMatch including vendor images, management team profiles, PitchandMatch Database etc. Vendors are encouraged to trigger client experience surveys to client references on an ongoing basis to add further credibility.
