How it works?
1/ Analyze
We analyze your job description: profile prerequisites, nature of the mission and environment (sector of activity and organization). The job description is anonymized and then uploaded to our platform.
2/ Broadcast
Your job description is sent to community of vendors. A panel of profiles arrives in real time on your client space. You filter the profiles (technologies, daily rate, years of experience etc…) and choose with whom to be put in contact.
3/ Hire
You are contacted by the vendor in order to set up a meeting with the candidate. You are free to contract with the vendor without any intervention form PitchandMatch.
