Mission

As part of our finance transformation project, we are seeking a technically oriented SAP FI-CO S/4 HANA consultant. Your role will involve collaborating with our CLIENT IT teams to ensure the consistent end-to-end integration of the solution. You will be instrumental in the implementation and deployment phases of the S/4 HANA Finance project, working closely with CLIENT's IT and project teams to manage and own the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Workshops: Assist in business workshops to design the future Core Design, ensuring an end-to-end integration of the S/4 Hana Finance solution.
• Configuration Changes: Implement FI-CO configuration changes based on business workshop outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders and development teams.
• Documentation: Draft detailed specification files in English.
• MVP Support: Provide support during MVP startup.
• Release Identification: Work with CLIENT IT teams to identify post-MVP releases and methods to minimize the operational impact on the existing IS.
• Data Strategy: Contribute to Master Data and Data Cleansing strategies for integration.
• Integration and Migration: Participate in integration, testing, and migration strategy.
• Product Improvement: Provide digital experience insights to Product Owners, suggesting best practices and market-standard solutions.
• Product Backlog Management: Advise on potential product improvements, support Product Owner in prioritizing the backlog, and propose prioritization adjustments based on perceived value.
• User Stories: Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, detailing each feature as a user story small enough to be implemented within one sprint, including acceptance criteria.
• Technical and Defect Stories: Understand and prioritize technical and defect stories as suggested by the team.
• Clarifications: Clarify any queries related to user stories during a sprint as requested by the Development Team.
• Agile Participation: Actively participate and contribute to Agile events with the team.

Skills & Competencies

• Business Analysis Skills: Proficient in modeling business flows in S/4 HANA systems.
• Expertise: Solid understanding of F2M flow and defining/managing interfaces of the F2M domain.
• Integration Knowledge: Good knowledge of MM/FI integration.
• Configuration Experience: Hands-on experience in configuring S/4 HANA systems.
• Agile Methodologies: Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong proposal skills with good interpersonal skills, excellent listening, and communication abilities.
• Fluent English: Proficient in English language.
• Team Player: A team-oriented attitude with a sense of synthesis and attention to detail.
• Knowledge Sharing: Comfortable with sharing and transferring knowledge within agile teams or with stakeholders.

Profile

• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in large-scale transformation projects.
• ERP Implementation: Proven experience in an implementation or deployment environment of ERP S/4 HANA.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the “Finance to Manage” domain on S/4 HANA.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of SAP PO and BTP (Business Technology Platform) is a plus.
• English Proficiency: Very good command of English.
• Agile Experience: At least 2 years of experience working on Agile projects, especially digital projects.
